Sheikh Fahad Al-Sabah serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development at AlGhanim Industries, bringing extensive experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio optimization across a diversified international group.
Sheikh Fahad plays a key role in shaping long-term strategy, leading high-value transactions, and driving regulatory and strategic initiatives that support the Group’s continued growth across multiple sectors.
Prior to joining Alghanim Industries, Sheikh Fahad worked at McKinsey & Company and Bain & Company, and co-founded Khibra, a regional platform connecting students with employment opportunities, reflecting his commitment to developing talent and empowering future generations.
Sheikh Fahad holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kuwait University.
